Honest Helipad Policy – How We Handle Destinations Without a Helipad
Not every hotel, marina or villa in Istanbul has an approved helipad. We never promise a direct rooftop landing where it is not allowed.
For non-helipad destinations, we plan nearest approved helipad + VIP ground transfer with GAT coordination. This is faster, legal and safe.

Do all hotels in Istanbul have a helipad?
No. Most Bosphorus hotels do NOT have a private helipad. We use Ciragan Palace or Kurucesme helipad as nearest approved point + VIP Mercedes transfer. Honest planning is faster and legal.
Which helipad is closest to Four Seasons Bosphorus?
Ciragan Palace helipad (500m) or Kurucesme helipad (1.2km). Both require PPR and are followed by 3-7 min VIP ground transfer.
Can you land directly on my yacht?
