1) Scope of Services

VIPSTAR Aviation operates as a charter broker and coordination provider. We do not operate aircraft unless
explicitly stated. Our role is to source suitable aircraft, present options, and coordinate operations on behalf of clients.

2) No Aircraft Ownership or Operation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VIPSTAR Aviation does not own or operate aircraft. Flights are operated by licensed
third-party air carriers under their own Air Operator Certificates (AOC).

3) Quotes, Pricing & Payments

All quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing. Prices may vary due to fuel costs, airport fees, permits,
crew duty limitations, weather, or regulatory requirements. Payment terms are specified per operation.

4) Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger, routing, and timing information
• Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, medical approvals if applicable)
• Comply with customs, immigration, and aviation regulations

5) Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary depending on aircraft operator, routing, and timing. Applicable fees will be
communicated prior to confirmation and form part of the contractual agreement.

6) Liability & Force Majeure

VIPSTAR Aviation shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, technical issues,
regulatory actions, or events beyond reasonable control. Operator liability is governed by applicable aviation conventions.

7) Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of VIPSTAR Aviation unless otherwise stated.

8) Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the
competent courts of Turkey unless otherwise agreed.
