1) Scope of Services

VIPSTAR Aviation operates as a charter broker and coordination provider. We source suitable aircraft, yacht and transfer options from our AOC-holder operator network and coordinate end-to-end, especially for Bodrum, Dalaman, Gocek, Antalya, Istanbul routes. Jet + Heli + Yacht integration where needed.

2) No Aircraft Ownership or Operation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VIPSTAR Aviation does not own or operate aircraft/yachts. Flights are operated by licensed third-party air carriers under their own Air Operator Certificates (AOC). Operator details are stated in quote and contract.

3) Quotes, Pricing & Payments

All quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing. Prices may vary due to fuel, airport fees, handling, de-icing, ATC permits, weather, or marina fees. Payment terms are specified per operation. No firm booking until payment is received.

4) Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger, routing and timing information
• Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, medical approvals for air ambulance)
• Comply with customs, immigration and aviation regulations, no dangerous goods
• Comply with marina/hotel rules for yacht/transfer services

5) Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation policies vary by aircraft/yacht, routing and timing. Empty-leg costs, slot/permit and marina reservation fees may be non-refundable. Applicable fees are communicated prior to confirmation and form part of contract.

6) Liability & Force Majeure

VIPSTAR Aviation shall not be liable for delays/cancellations caused by weather, technical issues, ATC/slot, regulatory actions (SHGM, DHMI), airport/marina closure or events beyond control. Operator liability is governed by Montreal/Warsaw Conventions and applicable law.

7) Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos and images remain IP of VIPSTAR Aviation. No copying or commercial use without written permission.

8) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent Dalaman, Ortaca Courts and Enforcement Offices. For consumer transactions, courts of consumer domicile shall also be competent under Law No. 6502.
