VIPSTAR Aviation is not an airline. We are an independent VIP charter broker. We do not hold our own SHGM AOC (Air Operator Certificate) – and by design, we shouldn’t. Our job is to find and vet the safest aircraft on your behalf.

All flights are operated by third-party carriers that are licensed and continuously audited by SHGM in Turkey, EASA in Europe, and FAA globally. We never operate flights ourselves.

AOC Validity & Vetting

Is the operator’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC) active? We verify last audit dates, suspension status, and operational scope across SHGM, EASA, and FAA databases. We never work with suspended operators.

Part-145 Maintenance & ARC

We confirm that the aircraft strictly adheres to Part-145 approved maintenance programs, holds a valid Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC), and carries comprehensive international passenger liability insurance.

Simulator Training & Crew FTL

Captain and First Officer Type Ratings, semi-annual recurrent simulator emergency training, and strict adherence to international Flight Time Limitations (FTL) are verified before every departure.

Our Zero-Compromise Guarantee: Every tail number and flight crew assigned to your mission undergoes this technical, maintenance, crew, and insurance verification before you board. If even a single parameter fails to meet our standards, we do not offer that aircraft – even if it is cheaper!

Does VIPSTAR have its own SHGM certificate?
No. VIPSTAR Aviation does not hold its own SHGM AOC, remaining an independent broker by core principle. All flights are operated by SHGM-approved licensed operators, while we independently audit AOC validity, insurance, maintenance, and crew compliance.
Who actually operates my flight?
Your flight is operated by the licensed airline or air taxi operator that holds the valid AOC for your assigned aircraft registration (tail number). VIPSTAR provides operational coordination, slot management, and safety vetting.
How are aircraft maintenance and pilot training audited?
Every aircraft in our chartered network undergoes scheduled heavy maintenance at Part-145 approved facilities and holds an active Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC). Pilots are required to complete recurrent simulator refresher training at international training centers at least twice a year. Crew rest requirements (FTL) are also strictly monitored prior to flight release.
Why is the broker model safer?
If we were tied to a single airline, we could only offer its limited fleet. As an independent broker, we scan the entire pool of SHGM, EASA, and FAA-approved operators across Turkey and internationally to select the best-suited aircraft with the highest safety rating for your specific route. Fleet flexibility = safety flexibility.
