FAQ
Is your air ambulance “doctor on board”?
Yes. Standard crew is 2 pilots + 1 doctor + 1 nurse/paramedic. Medical staffing can be adjusted according to patient condition and clinical requirements.
Do you have ICU-level equipment onboard?
Yes. We plan an ICU-level medical configuration and required equipment for the mission profile. Our medical team coordinates the setup based on current clinical data.
How fast can you depart in an emergency?
If the airport is open and there are no slot restrictions, we can typically start operations within 2–3 hours from Istanbul/Ankara, after medical clearance and operational approvals are completed.
Can you transport every emergency patient?
We can transport patients when the treating physician issues a Fit-to-Fly (Fit to Flight) clearance and the patient is stable. Our onboard doctor reviews medical documentation to confirm safe transport feasibility.
What affects air ambulance pricing?
Pricing varies per mission and depends on route/distance, aircraft type, permits/slots, airport fees, ground ambulance logistics, patient condition, and medical configuration. The fastest way is to share basic info via WhatsApp for a clear quote.
Which documents do you need to arrange the flight?
Typically required: current medical report, treating doctor & hospital details, receiving doctor & hospital details, patient details (DOB, nationality, etc.), and passport/ID copies. Additional documents may be needed depending on destination rules.
Do you accept companions (referrals)?
Yes, when medically appropriate. The onboard doctor decides based on patient condition. If conditions allow, we can accept up to 2 companions.
Do you provide integrated ground ambulance support in Turkey and abroad?
Yes. We can coordinate unlimited ground ambulance integration (Turkey and international) as part of one controlled bed-to-bed transfer chain.
